Holiday Cranberry Spritzer

This holiday spritzer makes good use of any leftover cranberry relish that you might have. The the festive flavor and crimson color are just perfect for the holiday season.

1 Tbsp cranberry relish

1 jigger vodka (about 3 Tbsps)

Juice of half a lime

1/4 tsp maple syrup

Enough white wine, Champagne, sparkling wine or seltzer to top up the glass based on preference

Place the relish, vodka, lime juice, and maple syrup in an ice lined cocktail shaker. Shake well.

Pour into a large martini or a short drink glass. Top with any of the liquids mentioned above.
