Winter Dinner Salad

I have been eating fewer dinner salads than usual and tonight a craving for one hit. Please read my post on "Guidelines" For The Perfect "Salade Composée" and make up your own.
Tonight's winter dinner salad version was a combination of Lollo Rossa purple lettuce, baby spinach and shredded purple cabbage tossed in my favorite dressing (rice vinegar, olive oil, grain mustard) topped with a perfect avocado half, roasted beets, chopped tomato, hard-boiled egg, black beans, roasted carrots, radishes, and the remainder of a roast chicken's white meat, along with a generous sprinkling of pumpkin seeds.
I felt both virtuous and satiated when I was done.
